A tractor trailer driver was arrested on Monday on charges of homicide by vehicle connected with a fatal crash last March that killed a Greensburg-Salem School District van driver The Trib reports that 23-year-old Issac Stemple was allegedly driving the tractor trailer that hit the van on Route 22 in Salem, killing 60-year-old Rene Davis. Stemple told investigators that the sun was in his eyes and he did not see the van or the traffic lights. He is free on $100,000 bond, but a preliminary hearing is set for March 2nd.
