Police are helping school bus drivers in Westmoreland County that are seeing several instances where drivers are passing them as they are letting students off. KDKA-TV reports that illegal passing incidents have been seen and recorded by bus cameras from DMJ transportation in the Latrobe area. Chief Richard Bosco said that officers are hearing the complaints and will now follow some of the buses through the more heavily-trafficked areas for the next few days at all schools in the city, and it may continue for the rest of the year or until police see illegal passing numbers start to go down.
