STATE POLICE INVESTIGATING HARASSMENT CASE

State police are investigating a harassment case that has gone viral thanks to a video that has gone around the internet.  State police said in a news release on Monday that they were actively investigating the incident after it was initially handled by the Rostraver police department.  The woman, an immigrant from Liberia who runs a grocery store in Charleroi was confronted by a man at the Rostraver Township Walmart who used several racial slurs and questioned her about her finances.  She said that the man later came to apologize.  Anyone who can help can call state police from the Belle Vernon barracks at 724-929-6262.
