The families of two Norwin High School students killed in a dirt bike crash in 2024 have filed wrongful death lawsuits against parents who they say enabled and allowed underage drinking that lead to their deaths. The Trib reports that one person named in the lawsuit was Kimberly Strashensky, who allegedly allowed teens to drink alcohol. Stephen and Jessica Rogers were also named. They are accused of allowing their son to attend the party and coerce another teen to use a fake Ohio driver’s license to obtain liquor. The lawsuit claims their actions lead to the dirtbike crash that killed Adam Bilinsky and Colin Bargiel.
