NEW KEN FIRE RULED ELECTRICAL IN NATURE

A fire in New Kensington Wednesday night was ruled electrical in nature.  The Trib reports that crews were sent to the 600 block of Clyde Street in the Valley Heights section of the city just after 11:00 pm.  Smoke was seen coming from the house when crews arrived.  A thermal imaging camera showed the fire behind a wall in the kitchen and it had worked its way up from there.  The exact cause is unknown.  Two people living there were able to get out unharmed.  The Red Cross is providing assistance.
