On Friday, a Westmoreland County Jury convicted two people for their involvement in the murder of Alice Robson. The Trib reports that Melissa Fox-Beacom and Matthew Bates were found guilty of murder, conspiracy, solicitation and abuse of a corpse. A jury determined they supplied a third suspect, Robert Jack, with a revolver to kill her in 2023. The two face mandatory sentences of life in prison without parole for the murder charge when they go back before a judge for a sentencing hearing later this year.
