HEMPFIELD TOWNSHIP WOMAN GEARING UP FOR HER OLYMPIC EVENT

A woman from Westmoreland County is gearing up for her event at the Olympics in Italy.  WTAE-TV reports that Jasmine Jones will compete later this week in the two-woman bobsled.  She had been approached years ago when the Hempfield township woman was attending Eastern Michigan University.  Her event will run Friday.
