MAN SUES WESTMORELAND COUNTRY CLUB

A man is suing the Westmoreland Country Club over an injury he suffered while on the course.  The Trib reports that Matthew Zegarelli of Trafford filed the lawsuit, claiming he was hurt when he stepped in a hole from a sprinkler head hidden in the overgrown grass between the Green and the sand trap on the 18th hole.  The lawsuit said that it should have been cordoned off or filled in.  He is seeking an unspecified amount in compensatory damages from the Penn Township country club and its golf course manager.
