HERMANIE VFW CLOSED INDEFINITELY

The Herminie VFW is closed indefinitely due to a bylaw violation.  WTAE-TV reports that VFW Post 8427 was ordered to close by the state commander, who did not go into detail as to what bylaws were broken.  He did say that a team is headed in to get the post back on track.  The Post will be opened for any events that were planned prior to the closure.
