A man accused of stealing from a peaceful protestor on Tuesday in Greensburg is free on $25,000 bail. The Trib reports that 47-year-old Justin Bowser, who has addresses in North Apollo and Texas reportedly drove a Jeep the wrong way down East Otterman Street on the sidewalk before he was stopped by officers. Before then, he was seen parked on the sidewalk, taking an upside down American Flag being held by Greg Powers who was protesting outside the courthouse, and shoving him to the ground before trying to leave the scene. Bowser is charged with robbery, theft, disorderly conduct, harassment and traffic violations.
