Work is underway to replace the fort walls in Historic Hanna’s Town. The Trib reports that the new wall will be a replica of the current 27-year-old structure using fresh wood and 21st century construction methods. The wood has taken a beating from the elements. The existing wooden gate will not be affected by the work. No word on when the project will wrap up.
