STRONG STORMS ONCE AGAIN KNOCK POWER OUT IN WESTMORELAND COUNTY

The strong storms once again knocked out power for some in Westmoreland County.  West Penn Power officials say that 934 of its customers are without power this morning due to strong winds blowing tree limbs and power lines down.  For many, power is expected to be restored this morning.
