Greensburg Borough Council will vote tonight on their budget for next year.
The proposed budget is set to hold the line on taxes for the seventh consecutive year. The Tribune-Review reports that the budget balances at $12.7 million. One of the biggest concerns will be the increase in pension costs, as money that was planned to be invested in new equipment went to the pension costs instead.
Tonight’s meeting starts at 7 PM.
