Greensburg-Salem students will see an increased security presence today at the district’s high school.
Superintendent Dr. Gary Peiffer said in an announcement on the district’s website that on Tuesday, a threat was found written on a boy’s restroom stall saying “Greensburg will be shot up 12/12/18.” Greensburg Police were called in and they interviewed students who were in the restroom at the time the message was written. One student was suspended as a result of the investigation.
School is in session tomorrow and there will be an increased police presence at the school.
