An Indiana County woman was injured in a crash Monday afternoon in Greensburg.
State police from the Greensburg barracks say a cruiser driven by Trooper Daniel Grabowski was driving east along East Pittsburgh Street when it was hit by a car driven by 24-year-old William Carter, as he tried to exit the parking lot of a nearby Rite Aid pharmacy.
Carter’s passenger, 21-year-old Ariah Alabran of Home, suffered minor injuries and was taken to Westmoreland Regional Hospital for treatment. Carter and Grabowski were not injured.
Police used the recording from the cruiser’s mobile video camera as evidence and charged Carter with a summary traffic violation.
