Two Derry men are charged with sexually assaulting a teenage girl in separate incidents at Derry Manor Apartments and in an Uber from the apartments to a motel room.
The Trib reports that the incidents happened last Friday. Police believe that 19-year-old Christopher Fraser of Derry Township and 20-year-old Ethan McCardle of Derry Borough assaulted the teen on separate occasions. The victim said Fraser assaulted her in a common bathroom at the apartments, while McCardle assaulted her in the car.
Both men are in Westmoreland County Prison with preliminary hearings scheduled for June 21st.
