A man who escaped from a jail in northwestern PA was found and is back in custody.
34-year-old Michael Burham was captured nine days after escaping from the Warren County Jail on July 6th by climbing on exercise equipment, going through a window and scaling down a rope fashioned from jail bedding.
Residents in Conawego Township were investigating a barking dog when they saw Burham. The witnesses called the police at that point.
