INVESTIGATION UNDERWAY INTO DERRY K-9 OFFICER’S DEATH

An investigation is underway after a K-9 Officer with the Derry Borough Police Department was recently euthanized.

Reports say that K-9 Officer Smoke had to be put down August 28th after suffering serious injuries when attacked by other dogs at the home of his handler. His handler was Derry Borough Police Chief Randy Glick.

Few details have been made available about the attack.
