Westmoreland County Commissioners on Wednesday signed off on a deal to purchase a property in Unity that houses a district court.
The Trib reports that the deal will cost $375,000. The county now has 11 of the 15 properties that house district courts, and is part of the effort to own all the properties.
Commissioners also said that no issues were found in an environmental study and that the building does not need to be repaired or replaced.
