Fire marshals are investigating a fire in Herminie that displaced one man.
The Trib reports that the fire was reported around 2:30 yesterday afternoon in the 30 block of Fifth Street. The fire began in the basement and also caused damage to the home’s main floor. No word yet on the cause.
The man is staying with relatives. No one was home at the time of the fire.
