A Westmoreland County attorney was found guilty of evading arrest, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection and improperly displaying a license plate in connection with a traffic stop last month in Greensburg.
The Trib reports that the charges against David Mulock of Murrysville stemmed from an incident on October 4th in Greensburg when he walked away from a traffic stop, claiming the stop was not a valid one.
Mulock was working in the public defender’s office at the time, and was temporarily barred from working there, but is looking to get reinstated.
