State Police in nearby Indiana County are looking for a man who used a stolen debit card at a Latrobe pet shop.
Troopers say that a woman reported to them on December 18th, saying her debit card was stolen and an unauthorized purchase was made. The purchase was made at the Latrobe PetVal store.
Police say the suspect is a white man with facial hair between 30 and 50 years old and wearing a black tossle cap and a blue coat.
