Members of Pittsburgh’s Jewish community are calling for the release of hostages who are believed to be held by Hamas.
A vigil in recognition of those captives and of Israelis who have lost their lives since fighting in the Middle East began in October was held at the Pittsburgh Jewish Community Center yesterday. Senator John Fetterman addressed those in attendance, saying he believes “there is no talking about peace” until the hostages are allowed to go home. Organizers say they plan to host vigils every Sunday until all of the captives are set free.
