A former pain center physician is accused of selling and administering injections to patients prepared in unsanitary conditions at his home in Monroeville.
The Trib reports that 67-year-old John Park was indicted by a grand jury for preparing syringes with a self-made mix of pain medicine in 2019. His clinic operated in the Tri-City Medical Center, just off Route 119 and south of Westmoreland County in Bullskin, Fayette County.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest, as he now lives in California.
