A New Kensington cat rescue is asking folks for assistance as they take on additional responsibilities caring for rabbits.
Frankie’s Friends rehabilitates and rehomes an estimated 5 hundred cats each year in addition to providing low- or no-cost veterinary services and responding to animal cruelty cases. The organization took in 27 rabbits last month that were in need of care after having been recovered from a terrible living situation.
More than 70 additional rabbits will soon arrive…also rescued from terrible situations…and Frankie’s is asking for assistance to help cover the cost of supplies. More info can be found at frankiesfriends.org.
