A Unity Township home is heavily damaged following a fire yesterday. Crews were called to the property in the 200 block of Second Street around 2:00 p.m. Officials say a large section of the roof was burned through and some of the siding on the house was destroyed. Four people and several pets were able to get out unhurt, according to authorities. The state police fire marshal is looking into the cause of the blaze.
