A Derry Township man faces charges of sexually assaulting a teenage girl. The Trib reports that 46-year-old Adam Boyer was charged with corruption of minors, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and child pornography for an incident on Saturday. The victim reported that Boyer gave her alcohol at a township home and proceeded to sexually assault her. Police later found nude photographs of the victim on his cell phone. Boyer sent messages to the girl the following day in which he apologized for “wrongdoing,” according to court papers. He admitted during a Monday interview with troopers that he had inappropriate conversations with the girl and sent her pictures of his genitals. Boyer was denied bond. He is due back in court on February 21st for a preliminary hearing.
