GREENSBURG MAN IN CUSTODY CHARGED WITH RAPE

A Greensburg man is now in police custody facing charges of rape. The Trib reports that 23-year-old Shawn Jackson was accused of raping someone early on January 27th. The victim told authorities that she was visiting a friend in Jeanette when Jackson, who was also visiting a friend, dragged her into a bathroom and allegedly raped her. Jackson is due back in court on February 22nd for a preliminary hearing.
