A trial date has been scheduled for a Westmoreland County gun shop owner charged with stealing about $150,000 from customers. WTAE-TV reports that state police and Westmoreland County detectives charged Tracey McMahan, owner of Hi-Grade Shooters Supply in Youngwood, with several counts of felony theft for incidents that go back to 2021. Trooper Steven Limani said that she allegedly took high-value firearms on consignment and sell them over the internet, then not give the money to the owners. Mahan also allegedly sold guns to customers, took a deposit and never gave the guns the people purchased, giving them multiple excuses at the time. Limani said if you were a customer of McMahan’s in the past and were not compensated and have proof, call state police or Westmoreland County detectives.
