A McKeesport man was acquitted of a charge of sexual assault against a co-worker at a nursing home in North Huntingdon. The Trib reports 36-year-old Daniel Odu was accused of having improper sexual relations with a 19-year-old co-worker in a resident’s bathroom in February of 2021. The jury was unable to render verdicts on four other lesser related offenses — two charges each of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault. Westmoreland County Common Pleas Court Judge Meagan Bilik-DeFazio declared a mistrial on the four unresolved charges and ordered prosecutors to retry Odu within four months. He will remain free on bail pending a retrial.
