FORMER GREENSBURG POLICE OFFICER FACING DRUG CHARGES

A former Greensburg police officer faces charges of conspiracy to sell drugs. The Trib reports that Regina McAfee was charged by the U.S. Attorney’s office with conspiring to sell methamphetamine. McAfee was a part of the Greensburg police for 19 years before she was suspended in late 2022. She then retired from the police force. The charges come just over a year after former Greensburg Police Chief Shawn Denning was charged with federal drug crimes.
