PA SENATE ETHICS COMMITTEE DENIES REQUEST TO INVESTIGATE SENATOR DOUG MASTRIANO

The Pennsylvania Senate Ethics Committee is denying a request to investigate Senator Doug Mastriano for his actions after the 2020 election. The request had been made by fellow Senator Art Haywood. The six-member committee recently told Haywood they decided against conducting a formal investigation into what he said was the spreading of “lies and disinformation.” He filed his complaint at the request of the Washington, D.C.-based Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics.
