DELMONT COUNCIL TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

Members of Delmont Council have authorized the solicitor to take legal action against a Latrobe construction company that was hired to build a detention pond in the Apple Hill Neighborhood.  The Trib reports that Council contracted with Butz Masonry and Excavation in 2021 for the project between Dogwood and Stotler drives, but it has been unfinished, and several residents in the area are complaining about it.  Attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful.
