Commonwealth court has ruled that a Whistleblower lawsuit filed by the former chief of staff of State Representative Eric Davanzo can proceed. The Trib reports that the three judge panel rejected the efforts of the state House Republican Caucus to dismiss the lawsuit filed in 2022 by Marcel Ingram, which claimed that she was improperly fired after reporting evidence of mold in the walls of Davanzo’s district office in West Newton and after he complained of her actions to the Caucus. Neither the caucus office or Davanzo have replied to requests for comment made by the Trib.
