A former Hempfield Area school student has been sentenced to three years probation after police found 16 weapons in his car which was parked at the high school last March.
18 year old Rocco Valore from Greensburg pleaded guilty to possessing weapons on school property. Police found five rifles, four pistols, seven knives and ammunition in the car.
If Valore doesn’t violate terms of the probation, it could end in two years.
