A Youngwood man pleaded guilty on monday to charges related to two drug overdose deaths in 2020. The Trib reports that 71-year-old Frank Bogley pleaded guilty to felony charges of drug delivery resulting in death and other drug-related crimes in connection with the deaths of 39-year-old Tina Johnson in West Newton and 58-year-old John Wiltrout Jr. in East Huntingdon, which happened within eight months of each other. Bogley also faces charges of aggravated assault and other counts related to an incident in 2020 in Youngwood, where, police said, he attacked a man who attempted to repossess a vehicle. Defense attorney Brian Aston said that case is expected to go to trial this year. He will be sentenced for the drug cases in about three months.
