Police in North Huntingdon have charged a 30-year-old man from Duquesne with trying to sell drugs. The Trib reports that the suspect, Larnell “Rock” Jones III was arrested as he tried to sell nine bricks of heroin on Monday at the Westmoreland County Transit Authority park and ride lot on Route 30 to an undercover police officer. Police said Jones rode from the Sheetz parking lot to the park-and-ride lot in a Nissan sport utility vehicle occupied by Harry E. Randall, 28, of Wilkinsburg and a woman who was not charged. Both Jones and Randall had drugs in their respective vehicles. Both are in Westmoreland County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bond each.
