LONGTIME STAFFER PROMOTED TO DEPUTY WARDEN

A longtime staffer at the Westmoreland County Prison was promoted to Deputy Warden by the prison board yesterday.  The Trib reports that Robert Fagan was hired to fill the spot that was vacated when Steve Pelesky was promoted to warden.  Fagan’s appointment completes a cycle of revamping the leadership within the prison that went into motion when former warden Bryan Kline resigned.
