A Pittsburgh man was arrested on Thursday and charged in connection with thefts from Lowe’s stores in Westmoreland, Butler and Allegheny Counties. The Trib reports that 38-year-old Jesus Serna-Real of Knoxville is charged with several thefts including one on February 22nd where he provided a fraudulent credit card number over the phone to make the fraudulent purchase. He was being held at the Westmoreland County Prison on $100,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is set for May 20th.
