Greater Latrobe School District said they will not increase taxes above 2.36 mils for the 2019-2020 school year.
The Tribune-Review reports that the number comes from the state-mandated act 1 index. Officials say that they don’t plan on raising taxes any more than necessary, and will try not to go to that maximum level if they need to increase taxes.
Greater Latrobe has stayed under the state-mandated limits since the 2011-2012 school year.
