A Derry Man will serve six years on probation for his guilty plea to a series of charges in three different cases.
The Tribune-Review reports that all three cases against 54-year-old Paul Barsoum happened within a week of each other in 2017. Police said he left threatening voicemails for district judge Mark Billik, made terroristic threats and stalked a neighbor, and made a false report to police.
