MT. PLEASANT MAN PLEADS GUILTY

A Mt. Pleasant man entered guilty pleas connected with the torture of his girlfriend’s dog.  The Trib reports that 30-year-old Zachary Robert Hinson pleaded guilty yesterday to two felony counts including aggravated cruelty to animals, neglect of an animal and animal cruelty in connection with allegations he violently assaulted a 10-year-old shih tzu named Snickers while living at his girlfriend’s South Huntingdon home last summer, and the recording of that abuse on video.  He will be sentenced in three months.
