NATIONWIDE PROTESTS AGAINST PRESIDENT TRUMP’S POLICIES ON SATURDAY

Saturday, protests against President Trump’s policies are scheduled nationwide, and Pittsburgh and Greensburg are among the cities where demonstrations are planned.  Organized by a coalition called No Kings, the protests are on the same day as the U.S. Army’s 250th birthday and Trump’s birthday, alongside a military parade in Washington, D.C.  The Greensburg rally is scheduled for noon Saturday at the Westmoreland County Courthouse courtyard.  Greensburg police say extra officers are being assigned Saturday to monitor the rally.
