PARISHONERS GIVE FAREWELL TO BISHOP BRANDT

Parishioners in the Greensburg Catholic Diocese are giving their farewells to the former bishop who died earlier this month.  KDKA-TV reports that the remains of Bishop Lawrence Brandt arrived at Blessed Sacrament Cathedral in Greensburg on Wednesday.  Viewings were held yesterday, and will be held today from 10-1 with a funeral mass to be celebrated at 2:00 PM.  Current Bishop Larry Kulick said that his predecessor lived a good and devout life and had great dignity.
