A request for bond reduction in the case of a woman accused of taking part in a scheme to defraud her aunt of a $4.4 million estate settlement was denied. The Trib reports that Judge Michael J. Stewart rejected Angela Lynne Valesky’s request to lower the $1 million bond, and she was returned to Westmoreland County Prison, calling Valesky a flight risk because she would have access to the money she is accused of stealing.
