GIANT EAGLE OFFICIALLY SELLS ALL GETGO GAS STATIONS

Giant Eagle has officially sold all 270 of its GetGo gas stations and convenience stores.  WTAE-TV reports that the locations were sold to Alimentation Couche-Tard, the parent company of Circle K.  There will be no change to the name, food offerings, and popular perks programs despite the ownership change.  Also, all 3500 employees, both corporate and in-store will also be kept.  The only change is that GetGo and Giant Eagle stores that used to share staff will now operate separate teams.
