ANTHROCON RETURNS TO PITTSBURGH TODAY

Anthrocon is returning for this year at Pittsburgh’s David L. Lawrence Convention Center.  The annual event kicks off today and runs through Sunday, with planners expecting record attendance of over 17-thousand participants.  The gathering is one of the largest devoted to anthropomorphics, also known as furries, and has been hosted in Pittsburgh since 2006.  One of the most well-known parts of the convention, the fursuit parade, happens along Penn Avenue Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
