An Ohio woman is now facing accusations connected with a check cashing scheme in Murrysville. The Trib reports that last month, State Police released photos of the woman in connection with the theft of $5400 in a fraud scheme involving three banks in the Greensburg area. Police say that the suspect, identified as 62-year-old Jennifer Folzenlogen of Cincinatti, was picked up by Murrysville police at the First National Bank trying to cash a $3253 check with a Homer City woman’s driver’s license. She was also accused of a similar crime at the same bank in April. State police say she is involved in a group that steals identities and withdraws money from their accounts. She is now in Westmoreland County Prison on $100,000 bond.
