A New Jersey developer wants to use the Barclay-Westmoreland Trust Company Building as an area for start-up businesses.
The Tribune-Review reports that Ramesh Ammana bought the downtown Greensburg building at auction for $140,000 last month. The plan is to turn the building into a series of small office spaces, and allow the businesses to reap the benefits of being close to a major city like Pittsburgh.
Renovations on the building are set to start in the spring.
