Weather tops our news today, as that flood watch is in effect for our area and many surrounding counties.
The National Weather Service says that another one-and-a-half to two inches of rainfall is possible through late tonight, and with the ground saturated already, and rivers and streams near full, additional rainfall may lead to flooding. Right now, we are at a watch, which means that the potential is there.
